I was a bit skeptical about putting something up my nose since I’ve been using nose strips and they were okay. But I finally caved, tried this, and was pleasantly surprised. Once you put it in, it’s like it’s not even there, I dont notice it at all. And it works really well, I feel that I breathe in much more than I did with the strips. My husband even noticed that I snore less if I put it in for sleep. I will definitely buy again.
